                                                 HCA 210 Week 8 Assignment Measuring Quality     Measuring the quality of health care service is important to any facility wishing to  achieve long-term growth and financial success. This paper looks at two different  methods medical facilities might consider using when identifying which areas of patient  care need improvement: Clinic surveys and medical records. I chose these two to talk  about because one deals with direct client contact and the other deals with  administrative measures – both which are useful in identifying patient improvement  areas.      To begin with, clinic surveys can be very useful in identifying areas to improve patient
