In your own words, provide a brief summary of the difference between conservation and preservation. When describing the terms conservation and preservation in environmental science speaking. Conservation is when people use resources from the area of choice in a way that resources are sustained for generations to come. This type of practice has been around for thousands of years. Preservation is when rules are placed on certain masses of land that help protect the land from alteration that could affect its natural beauty, in return helps the wildlife stay undisturbed. Do you believe humans can harvest forest resources in an environmentally friendly way, or, should national forests be left in their natural state in which resources are not used to benefit humans? I believe that humans cannot bring in resources from a forest without disrupting the natural eco system of the forest and its wildlife. I mean, humans could possibly have good intentions of harvesting in a friendly manner but there will always be some negative effects present. For
