The ABC’s of Bourbon A: AMERICAN MADE – Bourbon can only be made in America, not just Kentucky. B: BARRELS – Bourbon must be aged in new, charred, white oak barrels. C: CORN – Bourbon must be made of at least 51% corn. Other ingredients are malted barley and either rye or wheat as a flavoring grain. D: DISTILLED – Bourbon is distilled at no more than 160 proof

Makers Mark Manhattan Ingredients: 2 parts Makers Mark 1 part sweet vermouth 1 tsp. maraschino cherry juice Maraschino cherry Fill Makers Mark cocktail shaker half full with ice; add 2 parts Makers Mark, 1 part sweet vermouth, and maraschino cherry juice.
