File system Recommendation  New Century Health Clinic , Creative Innovations has been presented with a choice to make between two types of information storage. This memo is being sent to you in the hopes that you will be able to see what the choices are and why we have decided to choose what we did. The first option is to use a file processing system. This system is also known as a file-orientated system. A file processing system stores information data in one or more files. This allows users to have single interface with a single file. The benefits are that the file processing system is a single file with simple information in it. One negative to this is that all the information in the separate files needs to be compiled every time an employee of New Century wants to change the send a bill. Other negatives to the file processing are that if one file is lost then the file, in its
