Hensley English 1301-8425 22 June 2009 PC Versus Mac Many articles are written about PC, personal computers that run the Windows platform and Macintosh, running its own operating system Mac OSX. There are many differences between both systems, and I think it would be fair if I reviewed them for anyone that still has the “fear” of using a Mac. I believe that the “fear” originated because 90% of all computers in the world run on Windows. I have switched from using a PC after ten years of avoiding the Mac because of this. I think people are still scared to try something new, so I hope my review will open a few eyes to the world of the Mac through the PC user’s eyes. Without going into too many details, there are three main differences I would like to point out between the two systems. They include system reliability, gaming community, and virus issues. Apple, the maker of the Mac OSX system, has tons of advertisements on their website stating the weakness of the Windows system. One of them is system crashes. The fact is all
