2 Barriers Cultural Language Barriers In a normal work environment barriers are a common thing that people must overcome. In most cases barriers consist of different views or ideas. Barriers such as this can be a simple thing to overcome through methods of communication. Talking a situation out usually seems to be the best remedy for solving a cultural barrier issue. The question is what happens when only one individual understands the language that is being spoken? Within this paper the writer will formulate a scenario of only one individual understanding the language being spoken. The writer will then show how these two different cultures clash thus making the language being spoken seem foreign. The writer will then define ways to rectify the ongoing problem of language barriers within this scenario.
