PSY 3001W Lab 2 Writing Assignment W2: Literature Search The purpose of this assignment is to give you experience in searching the psychological literature for material that is relevant to a particular topic that is of interest to you. Using the two variables of interest you have chosen, locate 3 primary research articles that address a relationship (or lack thereof) between your variables. (Primary research articles are articles containing the original description of the research, as opposed to review articles that reference and describe primary research articles.) The research in these articles may use your variables or variables that are similar to the ones you chose. Complete the assignment as follows: 1. State the two variables of interest you have chosen. 2. Find 3 primary research articles that address the relationship between these variables. The references that you choose may either support the presence of a relationship or contest the presence of a relationship. With respect to the references that you use, you must follow these guidelines: - The articles you choose MUST be primary research articles, so make sure your articles have a Method(s) section. -
