The researcher selects three shows to test: Southpark, Family Guy, and The Simpsons. To test which of these shows is the funniest, 21 people are randomly assigned 1 of 3 conditions, so that 7 rate Southpark, 7 rate Family Guy, and 7 rate The Simpsons. Ratings are made on a 10-point scale where 1 is the least funny and 10 is the funniest.
