(McGraw-Hill, 6th ed., 2009) (2) Lecture notes (posted at Blackboard: //bb.csueastbay.edu) (3) A financial calculator, which has CF j , IRR, and NPV keys, is required. I will use a HP-10B II in class. Course Description and Learning Outcomes: This course offers an introduction to corporate financial management. The objective of the course is to provide the student with financial tools and techniques to discover problems, seek solutions, and make financial decisions. After completing the course, you should be able to: (1) Cite the major decisions that financial managers make (2) Formulate and solve time value of money problems by using financial calculators (3) Find the market price of a bond given its yield to maturity, or find a bond’s yield given its price
