How to Use Excel for ANOVA Class, using Excel for ANOVA is easy. You are encouraged to use Excel (or Megastat) for Part C in Applications 3, and the ANOVA part in Applications 4. Just follow these simple instructions. Print a copy of these directions for ease of use when you use Excel for these ANOVA applications. When you complete your worksheet for each application, just make a copy of the worksheet and paste it into the Applications.
