Linear Regression 2 Linear Regression Analysis On a general basis, the prices of the houses are declining day by day in the United States, especially in California, Arizona, and Illinois. The real estate market is one of the most important topics Americans face today. The Federal Government is making a conservative effort to assist current home owners and first time home buyers. In this paper, Team-A will use the Real Estate Data Set and include the following information: perform a regression hypothesis test on the data (coefficients of correlation and determination) and interpret the results of the regression hypothesis test.
