Giannina Morales Effective Reasoning November 9,2009 surname costume Billy Finley Witch Jimmy Dixon Skeleton Molly Dixon Robin hood Sam Smith Pirate . 1. we know Jimmy and Molly are brother and sister so they have the same surname and also they did not wear a pirate or witch costume 2. the person with the surname smith is a male.therefore it cant be molly because she is a female and it cant be jimmy because they are brother and sister and have the same last name. 3. it says one of the Dixon so that means that two people have the last name Dixon. so it has the be the brother and sister ,molly and jimmy. 4. jimmy and molly didn't wear a pirate or witch costume. so that leaves the skeleton and robin hood for them. it states that the person that wears the skeleton costumes is a male so it

So that means that Billy is not a smith because he wore the witch costume. Therefore making Sam the person with the last name smith 7. Billy isn't a smith because he wore a witch costumes and he isn't a Dixon. so he is the person who has the last name of finley. ....
