First Day on the job Discuss the factors causing the employee’s dissatisfaction. At time there is more work then the law allows then there are times when the work is times when the work is so slow that one could fall a sleep on the clock. The next problem the, is fact that the work is not enough of a challenge for the employee. She feels like she is not learning. This can make a person feel like work is a waste of time. In which the employees feels. This is why she is thinking about leaving the company. As for Malik this is his first day and to be hit with a problem of this magnitude does not say anything good about the company. Malik should have very had to deal with this problem on the first date of work. He should been in orientation or shadowing another supervisor for least the first week or two weeks.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
