THE OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY Today, in order to have customers’ acceptance of products and services, any organizations and enterprises, beside their comparative advantage factor of price, time delivery and financial capability, customers are also choose the suppliers of products and services based on their assurance that the products and service quality is always stable, and to the international standard level. The ISO management system is becoming a popular tool for many organizations, enterprises including service sector to provide better customers’ satisfactory and its efficiency. ISO 9000 was designed for management system, to ensure that the organization provides products and services which satisfy specified requirements. These specified requirements might be specific customer requirements, whereas supplier are contracted to provide certain products and services or the requirement of a particular market determined by the organization. In practices, ISO 9000 has been applied successfully in different service
