COURSE OBJECTIVES: To understand the roles of Contracts, Sales, Torts, Agency, and Business Organizations and the Ethical implications in the current environment of American business. GRADING: Mid-term exam September 21, Final Exam October 19, and class participation and case briefing assignments will each be weighed as 1/3 of the final grade. EXAMS: Essay- 3 hours, based on text reading and problems, lectures, and handouts. ATTENDANCE: Attendance is required, and class participation will be weighed in the final grade.
