CLASS ACTION INFLUENCED BY PERCIEVED LIFE CHANCES Class Action: Percieved life chances vs. life chances of wealthier people. Life chances dependent upon structure of society- instead of an absolute given chances to be accepted (the way things are). -Determines what you can do, how much power you have and the resources available to you Specifically structured to create a system of hierarchy. Stop doing their everyday routine- stop and think about what they are used to doing. Reason why you follow your routine every day- because society is structured to force you to follow your routine. Questioning what put you In that situtation. Gives rise to class action. IF YOU CANT PERCIEVE YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE THEN THERE WILL BE NO CLASS ACTION. Weber/Marx: Class Struggle. Marx: Proletarit uprising as inevitable. Would rise together when they realized they were being exploited by the B. and the system Weber: Won’t necessarily see that.
