Based on our research and analysis we believe the best and most viable way to enter the U.S. market is via exporting. Emmaljunga’s strong product line mixed with an appropriate marketing strategy should successfully carve out a niche market share. Entering a new market can take some time to be successful, so each step must be carefully completed to ensure best possibility for success, and avoid prior mistakes. Proper primary and secondary research should be used to find the more opportune situations to market the product. We have found significant amount of secondary research, specifically industry reports, that we believe Emmaljunga will find beneficial in the decision making process. There is a NAFTA Industry Report on Infastwear that covers data on value, volume, and segmentation, as well as comparative data from U.S., Canada and mexico and a five year forecast.
