Consent To Participate In Research Title: The Psychosocial Development of African American College Students: The Effect of Army Reserve Officers Training Corps Leadership Development on Task Development Principal Investigator: James V. Davis To Whom It May Concern: I am a NC A&T SU Alumnus pursuing a doctoral degree in Applied Management and Decision Science in the School of Business at Walden University. I am in the process of conducting my doctoral research, assisting the NC A&T SU ROTC Department with investigating the difference between ROTC student and Non-ROTC student attitude and behavioral development task. The research involves the completion of a survey. This research will help scholars and educational leaders responsible for student attitude and behavioral development to access where students are in their development process and how leadership development training may influences various developmental task.
