Her energy req were calculated to be 2100-2200 kcals/days. Determine grams of CHO, protein and fat in the diet for optimal recovery Protein- kcal: N150:1 N= 2100/150= 14g How many grams of protein; 2100/150= 14 x 6.26= 87.5g protein 87.5x4= 350 kcal from protein 350/2100 (100)=16.6%
