While he was on training for four years to improve his singing and Korean, he went through hardships that made his life seem miserable. At that time, he left the message that contains negative comments about Koreans on his twitter to his friend who was in U.S. After he gained the popularity, the message he sent to his friend was found by journalist and publicized. Since he gained huge fans by that time, this fact alone became an extremely known. Most of fans were disappointed to him. And many Koreans expressed their anger by telling him to leave the country on the internet blogs. Unfortunately, Jay Park no longer had intention of leaving the country because he saw the good part of Korea and called the country as motherland.
