Unformatted text preview: Faculty of Mathematics University of Waterloo The First Year Tutorial Centre In MC 4066 and at the Mackenzie King Residence Multipurpose Room “ Students Helping Students ” In the Fall Term 2008, the first year Tutorial Centre will focus on the courses MATH 135 and MATH 137. The Tutorial Centre will be staffed by undergraduate and graduate students. Each tutor will be assigned to a single course. The Tutorial Centre has three main purposes: • Tutors may be consulted about the course material • Tutors may be consulted about the problem sets • Solutions may be posted for a limited time once the assignments have been returned to the students Undergrad tutors as well as grad student tutors are available for help in MC 4066 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. Also, undergrad tutors are available in the Mackenzie King Village (MKV) tutorial center Monday to Friday evening from 7 to 10 as well as on Saturday and Sunday (Schedules will be posted on the window in MC 4066).
