Provide economic incentives for preserved non-irrigated waterways. One Community, One Planet, One Chance to make a difference! Our actions today can make a difference tomorrow. If we act responsibly, then the trickle down effect will occur. If we do not change our ways global warming and dependency on expensive foreign oil will persist and become unbearable....
