Full Sentence Outline I. In 2010 a lot of changes were made when the new administration came into office. A new Government was established, now granted it was started when the Bush Administration was but it wasn’t until the Obama Administration came in that it was in effect. Multiple elections taken place and had to be re-done over and over. Now it has been established. A. President Bush had established the structure of the new Iraqi Government. 1. It takes a lot of time to establish a government from scratch. 2. The violence had played a big factor in how the timeline was affected for the new government. B. President Obama had continued the structuring of the government and pushed the Iraqi Military to help our military to get the violence under control so these elections could take place. 1. Once the elections had taken place it was time set some of the laws for the new government. 2. Our government officials have given several comments on how the violence has stopped and how Iraq has a new government have broken it down to the simplest form possible. II. Now, that the government is established it is time with draw? A. President Obama has published that we would withdraw roughly one hundred thousand troops from Iraq. 1. It is time to with draw because it is time for the Iraqi Military and Police to take control of their country. 2. We are now down to roughly seventy or eighty thousand troops left and their only job is to help with training the Iraqi Military and Police to do their new jobs. Questions:

Where did you place the most effective argument in your paper? Explain your answer. I put the most effective argument at the beginning of my paper. I think that in doing this the readers will want to continue reading the paper to get more information. This also gives the readers a kind of preview of the paper itself. How did you address counter arguments without weakening your own premise? I addressed my counter arguments with facts and only facts. This way I have a source to back up my claim.
