First of all, even though the homepage contains a large amount of information at first glance, I was pleased to realize that it was laid out so that consumers can easily sort through the selection of choices. Also, having a list of all services and options available to customers listed in alphabetical order proved to be a helpful and convenient tool to for quickly accessing information. Furthermore, I noticed the attention to detail the developers put into creating a visually pleasing website. This is evident from the colorful icons and pictures that were used, along with the font, size, and color of the text. I appreciated how the visual enhancers are not over eccentric, and yet are brilliant enough catch the eye of the consumer. Because of

I also noticed that throughout the website, the developers kept the same blue and orange color theme, which seemed to constantly remind me which store I am visiting. I thought that was a very clever idea. One suggestion for enhancing the overall effectiveness of this website would be to incorporate the use of short audio/video-clips. I have seen snippets of videos used in online advertisements, and I think possibly utilizing them to provide more information on items may help to boost sales. This may help especially since the items are being sold online and consumers do not have a chance to pick items up and observe them as they would in the physical store.
