4.4 A) Audience: The audience is the appliance dealer. Attitude: The dealer may be feeling stressed if they do not have the funds to pay the bill, or frustration if there are other reasons as to why the bill has not been paid. Need To Know: The dealer needs to know the total amount of the late payments, the items the payments correspond to, where to send the payment, and the results if they have not been paid in the 10 days. B) Audience: The audience includes all consumers. Attitude: The general attitude is most likely skeptical and questioning, yet curious. Need To Know: Consumers need to know the price of the cameras, new features, discounts, where to purchase it, and the brand. C) Audience: The audience is the top management. Attitude: The general attitude of the members of top management may be skeptical yet intrigued. Need To Know: Top management will need to know the pros and cons for the company to combine the 4 regions into 2, and supporting evidence such as statistics, surveys, and percentages to back up the facts. D)
