Dear 1800Flowers.com Customer Service, I am writing today to notify your department of an error that occurred with a recent internet purchase. On May 8, 2010 I made two bouquet orders that were switched and sent to the wrong addresses. I have double checked my receipt and according to the information shown, the directions I provided were clearly stated and not erroneous. The receipt number for this order is 4893664946620, and the conformation number is 36488609. The two items that were purchased were the “Lilly Assortment” and “Mother’s Day Classic”. The Lilly Selection was supposed to go to Ruth Aguirre at the Seattle, WA address and the Mother’s Day Classic was intended to go to Lisa DeRuyter at the Sunnyside, WA address. As a remedy to this situation, I would appreciate the bouquets I purchased to be re-sent to the correct recipients. I would rather not receive a refund, but will accept one if it is not possible to re-send the order. The reason for this is because the delivery of these items to their correct destination is very important to me and the people who are receiving these gifts. As a reoccurring customer, I understand mistakes do happen and would just like to have the order delivered correctly.
