As a remedy to this situation, I would appreciate the bouquets I purchased to be re-sent to the correct recipients. I would rather not receive a refund, but will accept one if it is not possible to re-send the order. The reason for this is because the delivery of these items to their correct destination is very important to me and the people who are receiving these gifts.
