Such companies which are more effective in this area are worth more in the market because they generally have the right people in the right positions, which in turn will reflect more opportunities for the reputation of the company, the job security for its employees, and the products and services for its customers/consumers. Some methods that I have encountered for attracting top employees include: Learning how well the potential employee fits with the company’s strategic plan Know the cost of recruiting and retention rate Know the competition companies Perform an extensive interview process These are just a few of the methods that are very effective ways to attract top candidates for any company.
