Rachelle Davis PCN107 12/22/19 Eloy Humanistic Spirituality Reflection Paper “Existential therapy focuses on exploring themes such as mortality, meaning, freedom, responsibility, anxiety, and aloneness as these relate to a person’s current struggle.” (Corey, 2017) Rogerian therapy embraces many of the same principles as existential therapy, but emphasizes more in depth the ability of the client to heal themselves through a safe client- therapist relationship.
