Supporting a Position 2 Introduction I’m not for capital punishment, but I do agree that a person should pay for what they did wrong. What I do not agree with is that it isn’t someone’s right to take someone else life. I think God did not want anyone to take each other’s lives, not even as a punishment. Right now there are tons of women and men that are waiting to be sentenced for death row and most of them are for crimes that they did not commit. Many men and Women can be rehabilitated while being in prison. If they are serving life in prison, they can still give back to the communities.

Supporting a Position 3 Supporting a Position In most states capital punishment uses lethal injection or the electric chair for the death penalty. This type of punishment is cruel and unusual way to die. In the case of Angel Diaz, he was sentenced for the death penalty in the state of Florida. Florida’s death penalty is using the lethal injection. Apparently they made the worse mistake by not hiring trained professionals to inject
