Prerequisites: None. Text: Principles of Macroeconomics . 5 th Edition by N. Gregory Mankiw. Attendance: Roll is not taken. Attendance is encouraged, and students who attend lectures tend to make better grades than those who do not. Attendance, however, is at the discretion of the student. I am always available to help students outside of regular class meetings if they attend lectures, but I will not spend time during office hours covering material missed due to absence. Because I get so many emails, I may not have time to reply to questions I have already addressed in class, on my syllabus, or website. Grades:
