Interior of earth, physical vs. chemical -Crust, mantle, core-chemical -Inner core (solid), outer core, mesosphere, astherosphere, lithosphere were liquid, then crust = physical -We know from studying seismic waves (e.g. quakes) p (compressional), (sheer...don’t travel thru liquid), waves. -Some material comes from great depth to the surface. -Meteorites study. -Moon-ology -Spin of the earth, -Magnetic field-ology Inner/outer core - very similar. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
