Customer Relations- Chapter 2 Ariel Carpio-Evans I think that it is very important to have a good personality or vibe to your store, at least to the people that you are trying to get to come to the company. I myself would rather go to the store Abercrombie and Fitch or Hollister to but a t-shirt for 40 dollars, instead of going to Wal-Mart and getting one for 10, just because of the way that they present it and it makes me feel when I get it. I would totally go to a company who looks like there having fun and are happy that you are coming to but from them. I know from experience that at Abercrombie and Hollister that you have things

I must say that it does make you feel happier that you bought from them, plus it’s just good atmosphere in the store. The product is more important than the personality of the company. If you were to have really good people and atmosphere in the store you still need a good product or else you will have angry people coming back and it could ruin your companies name and make it a joke....
