How to Bake Chicken Chicken is one of the main entrees serve in american home on a daily basis. There are many ways to prepare chicken and i'm going to inform you of one of the options to safetly prepare chicken. There are a few bacteria associated with chicken such as, Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus, Campylobacter jejuni, and salmonella. Chicken is most commonly associated with the bacteria Salmonella. Salmonella affects 50,000 reported cases a year. This infection can be avoided by the proper handling and preparation of chicken. In order to successfully accomplish this you will need some materials. This includes, Whole Chicken (bought from grocery store already gutted), mccormick brand rotisserie chicken seasoning, meat thermometer, oven- safe baking pan, oven mitts, timer, refrigerator, an oven, soap, and water. Once you have all of these supplies you are ready to start preparing your meal. To begin you want to remember you are trying to reduce the risk of transfering bacteria to the food by washing your hands thouroughly with anti-bacterial soap and water. Once completed
