Sherry Horton Instructor Santana English 28, October 2010 Love and Heartbreak “Have you ever loved somebody so much?” line 1. That is how the song, “Have you Ever,” sung by Brandy starts out. She talks about Love. In fact the song is about love, but on the affects it has on a person. How love can be so wonderful, than you get rejected, the heartbreak starts, but still you just can’t let go of him. You would do anything just to have him understand you, to love you the way you love him. Love can be so wonderful, so amazing, it can change your life, but love can also hurt a person. It all starts with, “You can’t sleep at night,” line 4. You can’t get him out of your mind. All you can do is think about him, the one you love so badly. You need him with you, can’t stay away from him. You want him to be part of your life. That is what Love is. How about when, “It makes you cry?” Line 2. A cry could be good, or it could be sad. When it is good, it is because you are so happy that you found the one you been looking for. Or you could cry because it is not working out.
