Eat the sacrificed body is like eating god (like communion) TOLTECS AZTECS – very warlike, imperialistic, expanded over many other groups, held slaves from conquered peoples, woman could own property, slaves. Empire had 30 million people in its peak. Whiicchillapochli – main Aztec wargod. Had 13 heavens. Very cyclical view of life. Used class system/monarchy/aristocracy. Main warriors were the elite, who often practiced polygamy. Practiced high sanitation and cleanliness
