Micu – MK 205 – Ad File #5 Ad File #5 Media Planning Step #1 Watch your favorite TV program and keep a detailed log of ALL the commercials that air during the show (30 min or 1 hour, depending on the show). This should be a show that you watch regularly. Be sure you use this assignment to help you identify: the advertiser and the advertised product, the type of advertising, and what the persuasive technique is used by the advertiser. Also, try to guess who is the audience for the show in terms of demographics and psychographics. Step #2 Next, watch a show that you would not be caught dead watching and that the only way you would watch the show is because of an assignment like this. Record the same items
