Introduction In society today, people go through many situations in life that affect their mood. Any kind of problem like studying for an important exam or just waiting in a long line at a DMV can change you mood. These situations are not design to keep you in that mood forever because once the it is all over your mood suddenly changes and relieves you with comfort and flexibility. Many people can agree, mood changes can be caused by the accordance of self-efficacy, happiness and Neuroticism. Self-efficacy is the ability to master experiences and the strongest way to strengthen personal self-efficacy is success. Once an individual is able to endure the feeling of being successful is it at that point where he or she is able to proceed with confidence and desire than ever before. But self-efficacy can still be undermined by failure, especially if that sense of failure occurs before the sense of self-efficacy. People who believe in expecting nothing, results to fewer disappointments, which means they are discouraged by failure. Once a
