To:           All Employees  From:       Philip Hanes, President Subject:   Holiday Bonus I am always very pleased to have an opportunity to communicate with the members of our organization.  Your hard working efforts is always appreciated. Because you have all provided much beneficial work to  the establishment of our goals, I am pleased to tell you that we will be extending a bonus to all employees  equaling 10% of your regular monthly salary. But don't get used to this unless you plan to work harder  next year. Thank you for all your hard work and wishing you a successful and happy new year.

But, let's not rest on our laurels. I encourage everyone to use this year's success as a motivational tool that will drive us to even higher performance levels in the next twelve months.
