Compared to the diet I have normally and what the Food Guide Recommended, I did fairly well because I did consume meats poultry and some vegetables as well. I try not to consume too much food so I eat only one serving even if I am no completely full. The way I can modify my diet is by adding more vegetables and fruits. I may also want to think of expanding the types of food I eat as well because I eat some of the same basic items. Some nutrient-rich foods I may think about adding are things like; almonds, grains, vegetables such as asparagus,
