Chemical Calculations: Mathematics for Chemistry 2 nd Edition, CRC Press, New York, 2007. Several additional general chemistry textbooks will also be available. When concepts and descriptions from one text are difficult to understand, try reading about them in another source. Expectations: 1. Homework: Assignments will not be collected or graded. These homework problems are representative of the quizzes and exams, and are your primary opportunity to prepare for these. Recommended problems will be given in class. 2.
