 11/2/10 Our personal ethical perspectives are determined  by many factors. These factors may, for example  include culture, family, church, or major events in  our lives. It is the manager, as a lens, who is able  to bring the varying ethical perspectives of each  member of the workforce together to align with the  company’s business ethics.
