After completing the Adult Fitness Test, keep the window open, scroll to the bottom of the page, and review the information under Improve Your Scores to answer the following questions. 1. By increasing my intensity and length of my workouts, I will be able to continue on track with my muscular health and endurance. The test suggest I continue working on push-ups and half sit-ups daily for up to 5 days a week and increase resistence/ weights and/or duration of the workout itself. 3.
