What are the steps you could take to improve your diet? Create a diet based on this recent discover of my totally shocking high fat, high calorie diet. I am still amazed I haven’t had any issues even though I am active I am amazed that I haven’t gained a lot of weight. I could include more fruits, veggies, balance my meat and less bread.
