Sam Kaiser Business Plan Evaluation #6 From a marketing standpoint, the business plan for Mickey Mouse’s Picnic Restaurant looks very effective. The business has collected an efficient amount of information to believe that it has discovered what the customers want. This collected information combines all four factors of the marketing mix: product, price, place, and promotion. An implantation of these aspects will lead to future success for the Mickey Mouse restaurant. The Mickey Mouse’s Picnic Restaurant believes that Main Street Delaware is missing a good fast food joint that provides high quality products such as hamburgers, hotdogs, and cheese steaks. For instance, the business claims that it will be able to create high quality burgers in fresh bread that creates a mouth watering taste. Products of high quality will meet the needs of customers and cause them to come back again. However, the marketing plan was missing a test market to carry out their products.
