BBI 201 Mall Field Trip Assignment – Task Two Part #1 – Product: The store that I will establish will be called “Sapphire Computers”. My store will be selling the latest products in the technology world from various reputable companies. Some products I will be offering are: Sony, Dell, Apple, Acer, and Sony Laptops. Along with these laptops I will be selling desktop computers, electronics, LCDs, plasmas, parts and accessories. The products being sold in the store will be tested be for we offer them to our customers. By doing this we will ensure that the products we sell will be very high quality. If the product does not meet our quality standards we will not sell it. If a customer wishes to return the product they purchased there are certain conditions. If the item is defective it can be returned within 30 days and the customer will receive and credit or a brand new product. If the product is non-defective it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Software and consumables cannot be returned. Certain warranties will not be covered for certain companies and will be noted on the product description. All guarantees will be provided from the manufacturers. In our stores there will be an average amount of staff to help answer customer concerns and questions. There will also be a select few to help repair products that customers have brought in to be fixed.
