Human Resource Management 2 After taking the personality assessment, I found out my MBTI letters are INTJ which stands for Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking and Judging. According to Human Metrics the qualitative analysis of my type formula shows that I am a slightly expressed introvert, slightly expressed intuitive personality, moderately expressed thinking personality, very expressed judging personality. J. Butt, 2007 described my MBTI letters (INTJ) as perfectionists, self- confidant, known as the "Systems Builders" and can be unsparing of both themselves and the others on the project. I believe my MBTI assessment could be helpful to a recruiter who is interviewing me for a position. The assessment is correct about my qualities and gives you some insight into how I work. However, other applicants could achieve the same results without truly having the same
