Brook Abreham Phil 2306 Avery Plank 11/4/2010 Case Study Reading the case study of “Facing face” reminds me of the work bureaucracy in  my home country Ethiopia. Few HR’s like Frank Blunt are at least considerate when it  comes to treating an employee in a right way.  At the same time Blunt is serious when it  comes to employees that cannot do their jobs right. He explains "If the employee isn't  cutting it, he should be terminated, and told why,” But few in this article are not soft  hearted when it comes to employees. Siew Chee-Wah also known as “Chuck” was one  of the chief HR that felt ok when it came to terminating employees. Frank is a utilitarian  and believes that integrity should be respected. He believes that business in terms of its  contributions towards higher-pleasure capacities in society. Frank have respect for  employees .He follows the  Principle2
