Instrumentation expanded; diverseinfluence from Gospel, soul, doo-wop, psychedelic rock.Rhythmic Groove is the main focus.Funky music involved vocal lines and bass lines that are played through low-pitchedmechanisms and has a robust syncopated beat.It means that beats can fluctuate from solid beatsto off beats and accents.
