Stimson Doctrine- This was a policy that was enunciated on January 7, 1932 to Japan and China. This note told Japan and China that the United States would not recognize the international territorial changes. Good Neighbor Policy- This was a policy of the United States Administration of Franklin D. Roosevelt during the time of 1933- 1945. The policy was in reference to Latin America and how the US and Latin America would remain “good neighbors”....
