Anoxyhenic -this contains purple bacteria, and green bacteria - you need Co2 + h2o C6H1202 2. Oxygenic -cyanobacteria aka blue green bacteria a) Anabaena b Nostoc J) Chemolithic 1. Aerobic a) Nitrobacter K) Gram (+) Mycelia, spore formers - this group is very important because it is a bridge between the prokaryotic microbes and the eukaryotic fungus 1.Actinomycetes a) Nocardia (also acid fast) -has potential of causing lung infection -thrive in moist damp environments
